About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Parts Advisor to join our team at Excel Industrial. If you have over 5 years of experience in the parts industry and are seeking a new opportunity, we want to hear from you!

As a Parts Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service, managing parts inventory, and assisting with the smooth operation of the parts department. This is a full-time position with a competitive pay rate of £16.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert advice to customers on parts and accessories for their vehicles.
Accurately manage orders, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to customers.
Handle stock management, including receiving, storing, and inventory control.
Process customer orders and ensure all parts are delivered in excellent condition and on time.
Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely parts availability.
Keep accurate records of stock levels and sales transactions.
Offer additional parts and accessories where applicable to meet customers’ needs.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Key Requirements:

5+ years of experience in parts advising or a similar role, preferably within the automotive or industrial sectors.
Excellent knowledge of automotive parts and systems.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently both individually and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good IT skills, particularly in inventory management systems.
A proactive and positive attitude with a passion for providing top-tier customer service.
