We are currently recruiting a Team Leader/Senior with previous experience in a residential care setting to join a dedicated team in Ruislip.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage care teams (up to 6 HCAs)

  • Medication cycle: ordering, administration, auditing

  • Care planning and risk assessments using Person Centred Software (PCS)

  • Liaising with GPs, district nurses, dieticians, and other professionals

  • Ensure high standards of care and regulatory compliance

Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Team Leader/Senior in a residential care setting (essential)

  • Strong written and spoken English

  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (preferred)

  • Confident with care documentation and multidisciplinary referrals

Please note: Candidates from domiciliary or supported living settings cannot be considered.
