We are currently recruiting a Team Leader/Senior with previous experience in a residential care setting to join a dedicated team in Ruislip.
Key Responsibilities:-
Lead and manage care teams (up to 6 HCAs)

Medication cycle: ordering, administration, auditing
-
Care planning and risk assessments using Person Centred Software (PCS)

Liaising with GPs, district nurses, dieticians, and other professionals

Ensure high standards of care and regulatory compliance
-
Previous experience as a Team Leader/Senior in a residential care setting (essential)

Strong written and spoken English

NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (preferred)

Confident with care documentation and multidisciplinary referrals
