About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to lead and support our busy dental team in Ruislip. This is a full-time role offering the opportunity to drive practice performance, ensure smooth daily operations, and maintain excellent patient care standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the dental practice, ensuring compliance with CQC, HTM 01-05, and all regulatory standards.

  • Manage and support the dental team, including recruitment, training, and appraisals.

  • Implement and monitor practice policies and procedures to maintain high standards.

  • Manage finances including budgets, payroll, and reporting.

  • Ensure the delivery of excellent patient care and customer service.

  • Oversee stock control, supplier relationships, and equipment maintenance.

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to grow the practice.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Dental Practice Manager (essential).

  • Strong understanding of CQC compliance and regulatory frameworks.

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.

  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.

  • Financial management and reporting experience.

  • IT literate, with experience using dental practice software (training provided if required).
