Client Services Manager– Estate Agency Location: Ruislip, MiddlesexSalary: £30,000 basic  OTE £38,000Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm (no weekends) About the Role:Our client, a well-established and highly regarded independent estate agency in Ruislip, is seeking an experienced property professional to take on a dynamic office-based role. This is an ideal opportunity for a seasoned Estate Agent, Lettings Negotiator, or Sales Progressor who enjoys client interaction and business development, without weekend commitments or field-based duties. Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing inbound and outbound client contact
  • Booking property market appraisals for both sales and lettings
  • Building rapport with vendors, landlords, buyers, and tenants
  • Promoting and selling ancillary services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurances, etc.)
  • Identifying opportunities to generate new business for the branch
  • Supporting the wider sales and lettings team in achieving targets
The Ideal Candidate Will:
  • Have experience within an estate agency or property services environment
  • Be an excellent communicator with a customer-first attitude
  • Enjoy a fast-paced office environment with a strong sales focus
