This role is ideal for someone with experience in estate agency sales, or a highly confident individual ready to step into the property industry with a professional and committed approach. You will be responsible for progressing applicants through the sales process, generating and conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and delivering a high standard of customer care throughout. Key Responsibilities:
  • Registering and qualifying applicants
  • Booking and conducting property viewings
  • Managing client relationships with buyers and vendors
  • Supporting the sales progression process and providing regular updates
  • Achieving individual and team sales targets
  • Generating and following up on new business opportunities
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Estate agency experience preferred but not essential
  • Professional, confident, and able to build rapport with ease
  • Target-driven and motivated by success
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Able to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car
