Location: Runcorn

Salary: £13.20ph

Hours, flexible: Mon - Thur 8am - 4pm or Mon - Fri 9am-5pm with a 4pm finish on Friday

Acorn by Synergie, on behalf of our client in Runcorn, is pleased to offer an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join their clients small, friendly team in a supportive working environment.

As an Internal Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the sales operations and liaising closely with the Project Managers, Sales Representatives, and Estimators. This is an ideal position for someone who is confident, proactive, organised, and eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Confident use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Process enquiries, inspect documentation, and extract key information.
  • Process customer orders and liaise with Project Managers.
  • Provide daily support to the Sales Representative.
  • Attend and report at sales meetings.
  • Keep internal spreadsheets and records up to date.
  • Assist with general office administration tasks as needed.
  • Work closely with our Buyer to obtain pricing for Estimators.
  • Send quotations to customers on behalf of Estimators.
  • Follow up on quotes via telephone to secure business.
  • Build strong relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for new business.
  • Proactively source and follow up on new sales leads.
  • Attend exhibitions alongside the Sales Representative, either to exhibit or as a delegate.

Experience and Skills:

  • Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact at all levels.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines.
  • Good time management and punctuality.
  • Excellent customer service skills
