We are proud to supporting a global pharmaceutical manufacturer who are seeking a Quality Assurance Officer to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term basis. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of QA experience in a regulated environment (for example Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, Food or FMCG) and a strong educational background, preferably qualified to degree level or equivalent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Conduct root cause analysis and manage non-conformances
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Perform audits and inspections
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' QA experience in a regulated environment
- BSc degree in a relevant field (MSc or PhD considered)
- Strong understanding of QMS, root cause analysis, non-conformances, CAPA, OOS
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
