Sales Executive

Location: Runcorn, Sutton Weaver (Office based)

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 DOE Commission

Are you a motivated and organised individual with a passion for supporting sales teams and building client relationships? We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our growing team, helping to drive lead generation, coordinate sales activities, and ensure an exceptional customer journey from start to finish.

About the Role

As a Sales Executive, you’ll be the central point of contact for our sales team, providing vital coordination, lead generation, and appointment booking support. You’ll manage calendars, update our CRM, prepare proposals, and liaise with clients to ensure smooth operations.

Your day-to-day will include researching and qualifying new leads, booking appointments for Business Development Managers, and ensuring all sales processes are followed. You’ll also handle inbound customer enquiries, ensuring every interaction reflects our high service standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and qualify new leads through research, outreach, and networking
  • Book qualified appointments for the sales team, ensuring all details are captured
  • Maintain and update CRM systems accurately and on time
  • Coordinate sales activities including scheduling, preparing materials, and processing contracts
  • Handle customer queries with professionalism, escalating where necessary
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure a seamless customer journey
About You
  • Proven experience in a sales support, coordination, or administrative role
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with lead generation and appointment setting is highly desirable
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
