About Us:A Primary School located in Runcorn is needing a Reception Teacher to join their school September 2025.
Our Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) offers a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can explore, learn, and grow in confidence. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Early Years Teacher to join our supportive team and help lay the foundation for our students' future success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons in line with the EYFS curriculum.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters curiosity and creativity.
- Support the development of children’s social, emotional, and cognitive skills.
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and other staff members to meet the individual needs of each child.
- Develop strong relationships with parents and caregivers, providing regular updates on progress.
- Conduct regular observations, track pupil progress, and adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles.
- Maintain a safe and welcoming classroom environment in accordance with safeguarding guidelines.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or EYTS with relevant Early Years experience.
- Proven experience working within an Early Years setting.
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and early childhood development.
- Ability to create engaging, child-centered learning experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for teaching and making a positive impact on young learners.
