Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is looking for a detail-driven Estimator to join a growing and supportive team in Runcorn.
Key Duties:
Read enquiries and briefs to identify requirements.
Review drawings to gather accurate project information.
Request and follow up on supplier and partner quotes.
Compare options and produce clear, accurate cost breakdowns.
Identify potential risks, savings, and unclear details.
Maintain tidy trackers and meet submission deadlines.
Hand over final pricing and supporting notes to the team.
Requirements:
Strong Excel skills (formulas, tidy spreadsheets, basic charts).
Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping.
Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage multiple live jobs simultaneously.
Curious, practical mindset and willingness to ask questions to ensure accuracy.
