- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant payroll regulations and legislations.
- Manage payroll records and maintain data confidentiality.
- Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance department for reconciliations and reporting.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee queries.
- Provide support during audits and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
- Implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency.
- Stay updated with changes in payroll legislation and industry standards.
Profile
A successful Payroll Manager should have:
