Description

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant payroll regulations and legislations.
• Manage payroll records and maintain data confidentiality.
• Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance department for reconciliations and reporting.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee queries.
• Provide support during audits and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
• Implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency.
• Stay updated with changes in payroll legislation and industry standards.

Profile

A successful Payroll Manager should have:

• Proven expertise in payroll management, preferably within the life science sector.
• Strong knowledge of payroll systems and processes.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively within an Accounting & Finance team.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of payroll compliance and relevant regulations.
