Job Title: Senior Planning Manager

Location: Cheshire

The Role

As a Senior Planning Manager, you'll play a key role in driving forward a diverse portfolio of strategic and development projects. You'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting with the preparation, submission, and management of planning applications
  • Coordinating multi-disciplinary consultant teams to deliver successful project outcomes
  • Liaising with landowners, stakeholders, and local authorities to progress development opportunities
  • Promoting sites through the Local Plan process and identifying future growth prospects
  • Supporting wider business objectives across land acquisition, development, and delivery

About You

We're looking for a planning professional with:

  • 5+ years' experience in town planning or a related discipline
  • Strong understanding of planning policy, development management, and the strategic planning process
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A proactive and commercially minded approach to planning challenges
  • MRTPI qualification (or working towards) preferred
