Salary: £45k-£50k DOE

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Manager to lead and oversee our client’s production team based in Runcorn. This is a key leadership role, responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, upholding health and safety standards and achieving key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and develop the production team to ensure strong performance, engagement and product integrity
  • Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment
  • Monitor production throughput and consistently meet set KPIs and output targets
  • Optimise machinery efficiency to maximise productivity and minimise downtime and waste
  • Implement and enforce Standard Operating Procedures to maintain operational consistency and product quality
  • Analyse production data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and cost reductions
  • Work collaboratively with the Maintenance and Engineering teams to ensure equipment operates at peak performance
  • Manage production schedules to ensure timely fulfilment of customer orders
  • Provide regular performance updates and reports to senior management
