Working with a leading business in Runcorn who are looking for a Project Manager to join them on a permanent basis. Hybrid working, c£50,000 base + bonus.

Job Responsibilities

Promote and support traditional & agile project management best practices, coaching teams on methodology, tools, and governance to embed a consistent PMO approach across the organisation.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including Charters, project plans, and RAIDD logs, to support transparency, control, and informed decision-making.
Engage and manage stakeholders across the business, facilitating workshops, boards, and change control processes to drive collaboration and secure project buy-in.
Ensure effective risk and issue management, proactively identifying and resolving challenges to maintain project momentum and quality.
Promote and support project management best practices, coaching teams on methodology, tools, and governance to embed a consistent PMO approach across the organisation.


Key Skills, Knowledge, and Qualifications

Proven ability to build strong relationships and engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Confident communicator with strong influencing and negotiation skills to drive alignment and secure commitment across complex projects.
Highly organised, with excellent planning and prioritisation abilities to manage multiple programmes and workstreams simultaneously.
Skilled in leading meetings, workshops, and programme boards to foster collaboration and ensure project objectives are clearly understood and owned.
Adept at maintaining project structure and governance, ensuring clarity, consistency, and timely delivery in fast-paced environments.
Prior LEAN experience desirable
