??What Youll Be DoingLeading end-to-end project delivery for retail store rollouts across the UK.
Managing budgets, timelines, and project scopes to ensure on-target delivery.
Coordinating internal and external teams, scheduling engineers, and ensuring resource readiness.
Creating and implementing RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements).
Managing IPOs and ensuring all documentation is completed and communicated correctly.
Attending daily project meetings and weekly client reviews, escalating issues as needed.
Supporting continuous improvement through process reviews and reporting.
Driving a Right First Time approach to quality and service.
Proven experience as a Project Manager within a retail fit-out or display solutions environment.
Strong understanding of RAMS, scheduling, and resource coordination.
Exceptional communication and client-facing skills.
Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
Experience managing SLAs and delivering projects under pressure.
Degree in Project Management, Business, or equivalent experience.
Familiarity with retail environments or store display rollouts is a major plus.
£30,000 £36,000 salary (depending on experience)
