Valenti Recruitment Ltdare hiring on behalf of a leading retail solutions company based in Runcorn. Were looking for an experienced and proactiveProject Managerto lead high-profile store rollout projects from concept through to completion.

??What Youll Be Doing
  • Leading end-to-end project delivery for retail store rollouts across the UK.

  • Managing budgets, timelines, and project scopes to ensure on-target delivery.

  • Coordinating internal and external teams, scheduling engineers, and ensuring resource readiness.

  • Creating and implementing RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements).

  • Managing IPOs and ensuring all documentation is completed and communicated correctly.

  • Attending daily project meetings and weekly client reviews, escalating issues as needed.

  • Supporting continuous improvement through process reviews and reporting.

  • Driving a Right First Time approach to quality and service.

??What Youll Need
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within a retail fit-out or display solutions environment.

  • Strong understanding of RAMS, scheduling, and resource coordination.

  • Exceptional communication and client-facing skills.

  • Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

  • Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).

  • Experience managing SLAs and delivering projects under pressure.

??Preferred Qualifications
  • Degree in Project Management, Business, or equivalent experience.

  • Familiarity with retail environments or store display rollouts is a major plus.
