We're recruiting a commercially-minded Project Manager to lead product development and launch projects for a leading and growing manufacturer in the nutraceutical space. This is a hybrid role offering great flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to work with some of the UK's most recognisable retail brands.
You'll be joining a well-established business with a strong track record and ambitious growth plans. Based in modern offices in Runcorn, the business specialises in manufacturing and packaging vitamin and mineral-based products for the UK and European markets. With over 100 customers and a broad product portfolio, they're looking to create a new role for an experienced Project Manager to their commercial team to drive delivery from contract win through to product launch.
This is a delivery-focused role, working closely with internal teams (account management, production, technical) to ensure projects run on time, to spec, and to a high standard. There are no direct reports, but the successful person will be a key influence across departments.
Salary & Benefits
- £50,000 - £60,000 depending on experience

What Will Be Expected from You
- Lead and deliver product development and commercialisation projects
- Manage project timelines, briefs, and stakeholder communication
- Liaise with internal teams and external customers throughout the project lifecycle
- Drive product launches for major UK retail and branded customers
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks or delivery risks
- Chair internal and customer-facing project meetings
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years' Project Management experience ideally in FMCG, food, packaging, or manufacturing
- Proven track record of delivering projects to hard deadlines
- Confident communicator who can influence without authority
- Strong organisation, attention to detail, and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive mindset with the ability to identify improvements
- PM qualifications (e.g. Prince2, PMP) are advantageous but not essential
