Role Overview:

Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects in the absence of the class teacher

Manage classroom behaviour and ensure students remain engaged and on task

Support students with their learning and provide guidance where needed

Work collaboratively with teaching staff to ensure effective lesson delivery

Maintain a positive and respectful classroom environment
Ideal Candidate:

Experience working with young people in an educational setting (school-based experience desirable)

Confident in leading a classroom and managing behaviour

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Passionate about education and keen to develop professionally

Committed to safeguarding, student wellbeing, and inclusive practice
