About the Role:

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils with a range of special educational needs including Autism (ASD), ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and SEMH needs
Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and differentiated learning activities
Create a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment
Work collaboratively with the SENCO and external professionals to support individual learning plans
Monitor pupil progress and contribute to reports and reviews

What We're Looking For:

Experience supporting children with SEN in a school or childcare setting
A relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach
A solid understanding of safeguarding and child protection practices
