Butler Rose is working on behalf of a brilliant client - a growing, forward-thinking agricultural firm of accountants and tax advisors based in the Northamptonshire countryside - currently looking for an experienced, Accountant to join their close-knit team based just outside Wellingborough.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships as much as they do balancing the books.

What You'll Be Doing:- Preparing year-end accounts and managing financial compliance for a range of clients
- Building trusted relationships with clients in the agricultural and rural business space
- Advising clients on best practices and financial planning matters
- Collaborating closely with the wider team to deliver a high standard of service
- Helping to improve internal processes and client service systems
- Solid experience in accounts preparation, ideally in a client-facing role
- Confidence managing client relationships and providing professional advice
- Familiarity with CCH software (a plus, but not essential)
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach
- An interest in agriculture or experience working with rural clients is highly valued
