Are you an experienced Management Accountant ready to take the next step in your career? I'm working exclusively with a well-established and forward-thinking organisation looking to bring a driven and commercially minded Management Accountant into their finance team. The role will be based in Wellingborough and offer hybrid working (2 days office/3 days from home).

As a Management Accountant, you will play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, while partnering with key stakeholders to drive performance and insight. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to make a real impact and contribute to strategic decision-making.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing monthly management accounts and variance analysis
  • Supporting annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
  • Business partnering with department heads to provide financial insight
  • Maintaining and developing financial models and reports
  • Assisting with year-end audit and statutory reporting
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency

Experience:

  • A professional accounting qualification (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) or part-qualified or QBE
  • Strong analytical mindset and excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicator and team player, comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels
