Nursery Practitioner

Location: Primary School, WellingboroughHours: Full Time, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to FridayPay: £14 - £16 per hour (depending on experience)

About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team at a vibrant primary school in Wellingborough. This is a long-term, full-time position where you will play a crucial role in the early development and education of young children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and education to children in the nursery.
  • Plan and implement engaging activities that promote learning and development.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a safe and nurturing environment.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers about their child's progress.
  • Ensure all safeguarding and health and safety policies are adhered to.

Requirements:

  • CACHE Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
  • Previous experience working in nurseries in the UK.
  • Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
