Mechanical Plant Technician required for a successful crane hire company established history over 25 years. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Plant Technician looking for a friendly family run company who can offer job security.
This role would suit an engineer with experience working on any plant equipment and candidates with experience working on lighter vehicles are also encouraged to apply as full product training can be provided. Ex-forces candidates are also encouraged to apply.
Joining a small engineering team, the successful candidate will be based at the company’s site in Rushden where you will carry out inspections, planned maintenance and repair work to cranes.
The Mechanical Plant Technician Role:
· Routine and preventative maintenance
· Yard based
· Responding to breakdowns where required
· Ensure activities are documented and adhere to ISO and H&S standards
· Provide first line support to field teams
The Mechanical Plant Technician Candidate:
· Experience working with plant equipment or similar
