This role is based in Wellingborough and is a temp to perm opportunity for the right person, the hours are 7.30 - 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 7.30am until 12.30pm on a Friday.

What You'll Do:As an operative, you will be at the heart of our production line, contributing to the creation of high-quality goods. Your responsibilities will include:
Assembling components with precision and careOperating machinery and tools safely and efficientlyConducting quality checks to ensure our products meet the highest standardsCollaborating with team members to meet production targetsMaintaining a clean and organised workspace
