We're recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing business seeking a talented FP&A Analyst to join their dynamic finance team based in Wellingborough.
This role is hybrid and will offer flexible working.
As an FP&A Analyst, you will play a key role in driving business performance through insightful analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and improve financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning.
- Deliver clear financial insights to senior stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.
- Analyse business performance against KPIs, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Partner cross-functionally with operational and commercial teams to support business growth.
- Support the month-end and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Experience:
- Studying either ACA/ACCA/CIMA or newly qualified
- Proven experience in a similar FP&A or commercial finance role.
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
- Strong business acumen and the ability to communicate complex data to non-financial stakeholders.
