Our client, a well-established and ambitious business based in Rushden, is seeking a Finance Manager to lead their financial operations and support strategic decision-making at a senior level. This is a fantastic opportunity for a finance professional who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment and is looking to make a real difference.

As Finance Manager, you will report directly to the Finance Director and be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, including:

Leading month-end and year-end close processes
Preparing management accounts, forecasts, and financial reports
Budgeting and cash flow forecasting
Managing audit and statutory compliance
Supporting commercial and strategic decision-making
Leading and developing a small finance team

Experience:

We're looking for someone who brings:

A professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) - QBE will also be considered
Proven experience in a similar Finance Manager/Management Accountant role
Strong technical knowledge with the ability to see the bigger picture
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working in an SME or growing business environment is highly desirable
