Contract: 7 months

What's Involved:
- Complete carpentry and basic plumbing repairs in social housing properties
- Work to turnaround deadlines with a focus on productivity and quality
- Collaborate with other trades and supervisors when needed
- Use smartphones/tablets to track and update job progress
- Deliver excellent customer service to clients and residents
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and safeguarding policies
What You'll Need:
- NVQ or equivalent qualification in Carpentry or Plumbing (or strong experience in the trade)
- Full UK driving licence (max 5 points, no bans in last 5 years)
- Willingness to undergo a DBS check
- Previous social housing experience (preferred, not essential)
