Early Years Practitioner - Wellingborough, Northamptonshire - Adhoc & Long-Term Opportunities

Are you a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner looking to make a real difference in the lives of young children?

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Early Years Practitioners to join a nurturing nursery school in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity for both newly qualified and experienced practitioners to work on an adhoc basis, with the potential for long-term placements. Whether you are looking for flexible day-to-day work or a more consistent role, we have opportunities to suit your availability and experience.

Role Highlights:

  • Supporting the learning and development of children aged 0-5 in line with the EYFS framework
  • Creating a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment
  • Building strong relationships with children, staff, and parents
  • Following safeguarding procedures and promoting the welfare of all children

Requirements:

  • A minimum Level 2 qualification in Early Years (Level 3 preferred)
  • Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting
  • A proactive, flexible, and caring attitude
  • A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
