An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive HR Advisor to join a well-established manufacturing team based in Northampton. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing effective HR advice and support across the organisation.

Description

  • Providing HR advice and support to employees and managers across the organisation
  • Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and training processes
  • Maintaining accurate HR records and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Managing employee relations issues such as grievances and disciplinary cases
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures

Profile

A successful HR Advisor should have:

  • Experience in a similar HR role, preferably within the industrial / manufacturing sector

  • The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Proficiency in HR software systems
  • Ability to be based fully on site
