PageGroup are delighted to be supporting a highly successful, UK-wide manufacturing business to appoint for an Interim HR Business Partner to join a busy HR team for circa 15 months (possible scope for permanent/extension in future)

Due to the nature of this sector, the role is mostly office-based working but can offer some hybrid (Business needs dependent)

This role will mostly be based from Wellingborough but UK travel will be required business needs dependent.

Description

This is a varied and generalist HR Business Partner role, supporting a number of manufacturing/distribution sites around the UK and working as part of a busy HR team.

Duties will include but not limited to:

  • Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations and HR policies.
  • Analyse HR data to identify trends and recommend solutions for improvement.
  • Support with HR projects and initiatives
  • Support the development and delivery of training programmes to up-skill manager to deal with people matters
  • Support with a range of change management projects
  • Collaborate with leadership teams to drive cultural and organisational change.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on performance management and succession planning.

Profile

Ideal applicants for this role will have a proven background in a similar role and will be comfortable to travel to other sites, business needs dependent
