Job Description: Food Manufacturing Hygiene SupervisorLocation: Wellingborough, United KingdomShift: Night Shift, 21:00 - 06:00 – Monday to FridaySalary: £50,000Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Food Manufacturing Hygiene Supervisor to join our team in Wellingborough. In this role, you will oversee and manage a team of 6 individuals on the night shift, ensuring compliance with hygiene standards and procedures in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.Responsibilities:Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of 6 hygiene technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure adherence to hygiene protocols and safety standards.Hygiene Compliance: Monitor and enforce strict adherence to hygiene regulations, including cleaning procedures, sanitation practices, and personal hygiene standards as per company policies and regulatory requirements.Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify cleanliness and hygiene standards across production areas, equipment, and facilities.Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, inspections, and corrective actions. Prepare reports and documentation for management and regulatory purposes.Training and Development: Coordinate training sessions for hygiene staff on best practices, safety protocols, and new procedures to enhance team skills and performance.Communication: Collaborate effectively with production managers and other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of hygiene-related issues.Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains in hygiene operations.
