We are looking for a Multi Trade Operative to join an established and reputable contractor, working on a mobile basis across Northamptonshire, on a temporary basis.

Monday to Friday – 8:00am to 4:30pm

£24–£25ph paid weekly via umbrella

Mobile role – Northamptonshire (van provided)
As a Multi Trade Operative, your main duties will include:
-
Carpentry, basic plumbing, tiling, and laying vinyl flooring
-
Working independently across various sites
-
Carrying out maintenance and repairs in void and social housing properties
-
Ensuring a high standard of workmanship while adhering to health & safety
To be successful as a Multi Trade OPerative, you will need:
-
Relevant experience in multi-trade roles, ideally within social housing or voids
-
Competence in carpentry, plumbing, tiling, and vinyl floor laying
-
NVQ or equivalent in a relevant trade

Full UK driving licence and own tools
-
A positive, reliable work ethic and strong attention to detail
