Role Summary

As an Estate Agency Partner, you will be responsible for establishing and growing the estate agency presence within a defined geographic territory. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working from home while being supported by a nearby “Super Hub” office with dedicated sales negotiators, sales progression experts, and admin staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Grow the estate agency presence in your designated area through local marketing, canvassing, and relationship building

  • Conduct and convert market appraisals into instructions using a healthy marketing budget

  • Oversee your property instructions from listing to completion

  • Collaborate with hub-based teams for day-to-day sales and customer journey management

  • Generate leads through local networking and community engagement

  • Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in estate agency
