Match Recruitment are working exclusively with our client to recruit a Property Manager to join their established and fast-paced lettings and property management team in Wellingborough.

You’ll be joining a small, supportive team with experience in lettings and property management. Everyone works closely together to provide a reliable, professional service to landlords and tenants.

The role is hands-on and varied, so it suits someone who’s confident, organised, and comfortable handling a mix of tasks throughout the day. As is typical in a lettings environment, you’ll spend a good amount of time out of the office carrying out property visits. These are usually maintenance-related and will involve visiting occupied properties on your own, so you’ll need to be comfortable working independently and interacting professionally with tenants.

We’re looking for someone with recent experience in a customer-facing or admin role, who’s organised, has a good eye for detail, and can manage their time well. You should be comfortable communicating with different people and able to handle tasks calmly and efficiently.

Your day to day duties in our client’s words:

  • Supporting the day-to-day management and upkeep of a diverse rental portfolio
  • Coordinating maintenance works, organising repairs, and keeping landlords and tenants updated
  • Conducting routine property inspections and reporting on property conditions
  • Liaising with contractors, sourcing quotes for repair works and ensuring work is completed to a high standard
  • Booking property viewings and responding to lettings enquiries when needed
  • Handling communications with landlords, tenants, and contractors in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintaining strong, long-term relationships with Landlords and Service Providers
