We're currently looking for skilled, compassionate, and flexible educators to deliver 121 tuition to pupils in Wellingborough who are unable to access full-time mainstream education. These young learners may be awaiting a school place, struggling in their current setting, or receiving education through the local authority.

What Does a 1:1 Tutor Role Involve?
  • Planning and delivering bespoke lessons based on the pupil's current level and needs

  • Building strong, supportive relationships that encourage students to re-engage with learning

  • Following EHCPs or personalised education plans

  • Completing simple online session reports after each lesson

  • Working flexibly - during the school day or after school hours, face-to-face or online

  • Supporting students in a variety of settings - mainstream schools, alternative provisions, or at home

  • Teaching qualification not required - but experience is essential
