We're currently looking for skilled, compassionate, and flexible educators to deliver 121 tuition to pupils in Wellingborough who are unable to access full-time mainstream education. These young learners may be awaiting a school place, struggling in their current setting, or receiving education through the local authority.

This is a rewarding opportunity for teachers looking to make a real impact - without the pressure of a full-time classroom role.

• Planning and delivering bespoke lessons based on the pupil's current level and needs

• Building strong, supportive relationships that encourage students to re-engage with learning

• Following EHCPs or personalised education plans

• Completing simple online session reports after each lesson

• Working flexibly - during the school day or after school hours, face-to-face or online

• Supporting students in a variety of settings - mainstream schools, alternative provisions, or at home

• Access to a wide range of tuition referrals through our network

• A dedicated consultant to guide you through your tuition journey

• Flexible opportunities to suit your subject specialism, age range, and availability

• Weekly pay at competitive rates (£25-£30 per hour)

• Experience working with children or young people in education, tutoring, or support roles

• A calm, patient and positive approach

• Confidence in delivering sessions independently

• Strong communication and behaviour management skills

• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

• Teaching qualification not required - but experience is essential
