Job Responsibilities

  • Support the Business Support Manager in administrative tasks.
  • Plan and organize support service systems and policies.
  • Provide administrative support, including minute taking.
  • Arrange and participate in meetings.
  • Provide cover for colleagues during absences.
  • Coordinate events as needed.
  • Manage manual and digital records.
  • Collect and report data as required.
  • Process invoices and manage budget spreadsheets.
  • Provide guidance to staff and others.
  • Participate in training and development activities.
  • Handle petty cash responsibly.
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.
Person Specifications
Must Have
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Experience with minute taking.
  • Proficiency in ICT packages (e.g., Word, Excel, databases).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Nice to Have
  • Experience in coordinating events.
  • Knowledge of financial processes like invoice processing.
