- Previous experience in a busy, high-quality kitchen is essential, we are looking for someone with the right attitude, work ethic, and passion for culinary excellence
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and cooking
- Lead, mentor, and manage kitchen staff to ensure effective teamwork and development
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
- Collaborate with management to develop seasonal and trend-led menus
- Monitor inventory, order supplies, and ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Ensure every dish meets the highest standards of quality and presentation
- Handle customer feedback regarding food professionally and promptly
