What we are looking for, we are seeking someone who is:
  • A creative chef with a passion for fresh, locally sourced, high quality ingredients
  • Experienced as a Head Chef or Senior Sous, with a proven track record in a similar kitchen
  • A natural leader who can motivate and develop a strong team
  • Dedicated to delivering imaginative, high-quality dishes for every guest
  • Organised, reliable, and able to perform under pressure
  • Previous experience in a busy, high-quality kitchen is essential, we are looking for someone with the right attitude, work ethic, and passion for culinary excellence

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and cooking
  • Lead, mentor, and manage kitchen staff to ensure effective teamwork and development
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
  • Collaborate with management to develop seasonal and trend-led menus
  • Monitor inventory, order supplies, and ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Ensure every dish meets the highest standards of quality and presentation
  • Handle customer feedback regarding food professionally and promptly
