We are looking for a talented Sous Chef for our client, a local pub offering a relaxed dining experience, which also uses locally sourced seasonal produce.As Sous Chef, candidates require a good level of experience, fine dining or gastro pub style background used to cooking with fresh and seasonal produce. Some straight shifts are available, such as a 4 day week.
Good kitchen management and food hygiene control skills are essential along with working within a team developing junior members.
The salary for the vacancy of Sous Chef, ranges from £32,000 - £35,000 + / per annum / plus a share of tips.
