About the role:
We’re currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Primary Supply Teachers to join our team and help meet the growing demand from local primary schools in Rye. This role involves working on a day-to-day supply basis, covering planned and unplanned teacher absences—often at short notice.
For the right teachers, we can offer Secure Guaranteed Pay contracts, ensuring you receive a consistent income, even when we’re unable to place you in a school on a particular day.
What do I need?

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Experience teaching in UK primary schools (EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2)

Flexibility, enthusiasm and the motivation to deliver engaging lessons

Strong classroom and behaviour management skills

A commitment to upholding school policies and promoting positive learning environments
