Assistant Director - Property Services

A District Council that i work closely alongside is currently recruiting an Interim Assistant Director of Property Services.

Role Overview:

• 12-month interim assignment

• Location: Essex

• Day Rate: 700-750 Per Day

• Arrangement: Inside IR35

• On-site Requirement: 3 days per week on site

Service Areas Covered:
This role has full responsibility for the client-side Property Services function, including:

• Compliance

• Repairs

• Damp & mould

• Asset management

• Quantity surveying

• Contract management (there will remain some subcontractor involvement)

Key Context:

• A mock inspection has recently taken place.

• Compliance and Health & Safety are in a stable place.

• The key challenge area is repairs, currently outsourced to a major contractor (responsive, voids, planned).
