Senior DSP & Communications Engineer SDR Design Essex / Cambridge borders Competitive Salary + Hybrid. Exciting opportunity for a Senior Communications Engineer well versed in SDR design and DSP Algorithms to deliver cutting edge technology solutions for a leader in telematics.

A well-qualified Senior DSP and Communications Engineer with proven commercial experience in both analogue and DSP aspects of receiver design and with fluency in at least one DSP methodology will use their technical expertise to contribute to the development of distributed data systems for the management of telematics solutions used worldwide.

Requirements for the Senior DSP Engineer include:

  • Strong academic background.
  • Extensive industrial experience in RF, DSP and Communications design.
  • Proven knowledge with both analogue and DSP aspects of receiver design.
  • Fluency inDSP methodology and DSP languages such as C/C++.
  • Of particular interest is experience of the following: SDR and hybrid analogue / SDR design, Signal search and identification, High dynamic range broadband radio receiver design, radio propagation, radio noise and interference.
