An opportunity has arisen for a full time, temp to perm Production Operative for a manufacturing company based near Saffron Walden, Essex.
As Production Operative you will be responsible for:
- Preparing and maintaining equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Keeping production areas clean, organised, and ready for use
- Accurately recording production outputs and identifying any product issues
- Following detailed instructions and maintaining consistency in quality
An ideal candidate for the Production Operative will have:
- Good hand-eye coordination and confidence handling materials
- Machine Operating experience good but not essential
- Willingness to learn new skills
