Hours: Monday to Saturday 5 over 6 Days, 9:30am–5:30pm
Are you passionate about great customer service and love working in a fast-paced, fresh produce environment? We're looking for a motivated and friendly Customer Service & Telesales Executive to join our growing fruit and veg company.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Handling incoming calls and building strong relationships with existing customers
- Making outbound calls to generate repeat and new business
- Taking and processing orders efficiently via phone, email, and online platforms
- Resolving customer issues with a positive, problem-solving attitude
- Working closely with the warehouse and delivery teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
- Maintaining accurate records in our systems
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in telesales, customer service, or a similar role (produce industry experience is a plus!)
- Confident and clear phone manner
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proactive approach and ability to thrive in a busy environment
- IT literate (basic knowledge of order entry systems preferred)
- Passion for fresh produce and understanding of the industry is a bonus!
