An excellent opportunity has now arisen for an experienced Customer Service Executive to join our fast growing client based in Saffron Walden.

Duties of a Customer Service Executive:

  • Regular liaison with our partners to manage, track and progress the maintenance and repair of products
  • Flag up any supply issues such as shortages or delays and liaise internally with the Purchasing, Planning and Engineering Team Leaders to progress works to agreed deadlines
  • Accurately input information into our inhouse database systems
  • Handle any customer service issues and complete general administrative duties
  • Respond to Customer questions.
  • Answering incoming/external phone calls
  • Researching the cost of items such as parts and labour.
