Role: Customer Service Administrator
Location: Saffron Walden
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00am to 16:30pm
Salary: £13.47 an hour, weekly pay
Temporary, immediate start with the opportunity to go permanent
An excellent opportunity has now arisen for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join our fast growing client based in Saffron Walden.
Duties of a Customer Service Administrator:
- Regular liaison with our partners to manage, track and progress the maintenance and repair of products
- Flag up any supply issues such as shortages or delays and liaise internally with the Purchasing, Planning and Engineering Team Leaders to progress works to agreed deadlines
- Accurately input information into our inhouse database systems
- Handle any customer service issues and complete general administrative duties
- Respond to Customer questions.
- Answering incoming/external phone calls
- Researching the cost of items such as parts and labour.

- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers

- Ability to use own initiative
