The Sales & Customer Services role

  • Liaison with new or existing customers via phone
  • Responding to enquiries received via email
  • Outbound lead sourcing and customer follow up
  • Data entry and use of CRM system for updating lead notes
  • Administration of contracts for new clients onboarded
  • Team meetings, working to SLA and KPI markers
