The Sales & Customer Services role
路 Liaison with new or existing customers via phone
路 Responding to sales enquiries received via email
路 Outbound lead sourcing and customer follow up
路 Data entry and use of CRM system for updating lead notes
路 Administration of contracts for new clients onboarded
路 Team meetings, working to SLA and KPI markers
