Role Responsibilities- Managing a mixed portfolio of clients across various industries and sizes
- Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts, corporate and personal tax returns, and management accounts
- Analysing financial data to offer insight and added value to clients
- Acting as the primary point of contact for client queries and communications
- Supervising junior team members, reviewing their work, and providing guidance and mentorship
- Collaborating with the wider team and reporting directly to senior management
- Contributing to internal process improvements and practice development

Candidate Requirements- Fully ACA or ACCA qualified
- Minimum of five years’ experience in a UK accountancy practice
- Strong working knowledge of accounts preparation and both corporate and personal tax
- Experience with management accounts and financial analysis
- A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Committed to client care, accuracy, and continuous improvement
- Experience supervising and developing junior staff
- £60,000 to £75,000 pa
