• Prepare accounts for a variety of clients, including sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies
• Assist in the preparation of corporate and personal tax returns
• Liaise directly with clients to gather information, answer queries, and build rapport
• Use a range of accounting software including IRIS, Sage, Xero, and QuickBooks (or similar)
• Supervise and support junior team members, reviewing their work and offering guidance
• Collaborate with senior staff to ensure deadlines are met and client expectations are exceeded
• Continue your professional development through supported study (if required) and on-the-job learning

• At least 2 years of experience in a UK accountancy practice
• Either part-qualified (AAT/ACCA/ACA) or part-experienced through the nature of your previous role
• Solid working knowledge of accounts preparation and both personal/corporate tax
• Confident using accounting software and systems (IRIS, Sage, Xero, QuickBooks, or similar)
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with both clients and colleagues
• A proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
• Team player who can also manage their own workload effectively

• £28,000 to £40,000 per annum
