This is an excellent new permanent IT Support opportunity in the Saffron Walden area.This position is with a Managed Service Provider (MSP) renowned for its commitment to delivering high-quality service. The company fosters a supportive and collaborative culture and puts a strong emphasis on professional growth and providing training to its staffAs a Support Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing essential support for their IT infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing and resolving technical issues, assisting with software installations, some project work and ensuring seamless IT operations. This role is pivotal in maintaining the high standards of service that the company is known for.To be successful it is likely that you will have:- Proficiency in supporting Microsoft products, including Windows OS, Office 365, and other related software.- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and team members.- A proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.- Previous experience in a similar IT support role is highly desirable.This position offers a salary of up to £35,000 ( dependant on experience) and the flexibility of hybrid working (3 days on site, 2 from home), allowing you to balance professional and personal commitments effectively.
