Job Title: Maintenance Plumber

Salary: £40,000 to 42,000
Are you a skilled plumber looking for an exciting opportunity to work on a commercial site in the Saffron Walden area. My client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Plumber to join a team on a large R&D site.
Responsibilities:
- Perform plumbing and minor mechanical maintenance
- Handle planned preventive maintenance (PPMs) and reactives efficiently.
- Undertake minor project installation tasks.
- Ensure the highest standards of workmanship and compliance with regulations.
Package:
- Salary: Up to £40,000 to 42,000 per annum.
- Holiday: Generous 33 days leave.

- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week
Requirements:
- Plumbing qualifications and relevant experience.
- Ability to obtain DBS
